J.K.'s Blackberry Mint Julep

No Kentucky Derby party is complete without a mint julep, but this version of a julep will put some pep in your horse’s step!

1/2 oz. J.K.'s Original Corn Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. J.K.'s Blackberry Whiskey
1 oz. Water
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
Not more than ¼ oz. Crème de Menthe

Shake all ingredients well, and serve over ice.

J.K.'s Blackberry Mist

The Blackberry Mist cocktail looks as pretty as it tastes. Combine it with your favorite chocolate to experience the full flavor of the whiskey.

2 oz. J.K.'s Blackberry Whiskey
2 oz. Sierra Mist

Serve over ice

J.K.'s Mango Pango

You won’t even need any music to bust out your tango moves after a few J.K.’s Mango Pango cocktails!

1 oz. J.K.'s Peach Whiskey
1/2 oz. Finest Call Mango Puree
2 oz. Sprite

Combine ingredients in a glass. Then pour into a shaker and back into the glass to keep the puree from settling to the bottom. Serve on ice.

J.K.'s Whiskey Alexander

2 oz. Smitty's Apple Pie Whiskey
2 oz. Crema Fina

Serve over ice

J.K.'s Apple Ale

As your friends reach for a ginger beer, show them up with your J.K.’s Apple Ale cocktail. The spices from the Apple Pie Whiskey complement the ginger just right!

2 oz. Smitty's Apple Pie Whiskey
2 oz. Gingerale

Serve over ice

J.K.'s Frozen Strawberry Lemonades

No cookout is complete without these Frozen Strawberry Lemonades! Don’t forget the umbrella straws!

1 can frozen concentrate Lemonade
2 cans water
2 cans J.K.’s Lemon Whiskey
Strawberry Daquiri Mix to taste (optional)

Fill blender ½ full with ice, then add other ingredients. Blend well and grab a straw!

J.K.'s True Blue

The original purpose of this cocktail was to use its bright blue color to promote child abuse awareness at a fundraising event hosted at the distillery. The fundraising event ended, but our customers continued to order that “blue cocktail”!

1 oz. J.K.'s Lemon Whiskey
1 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple juice

Shake well, and serve on ice

J.K.'s Lemon Drop Martini

Enjoy a modern whiskey twist on a traditional martini!  J.K.'s Lemon Drop Martini shows how far we have come from the family's backwoods whiskey-making days during Prohibition.

2 oz. J.K.'s Lemon Whiskey
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. simple syrup
1 whole lemon
 
Add whiskey, Cointreau and simple syrup to shaker filled with ice. Add juice of 1 fresh lemon. Shake and strain into sugar rimmed martini glass.

For those who favor lime, substitute fresh lime.
